Cultivate was founded by Pastor Michael S. Carlton. Pastor Mike is the Founding Pastor of Bloom Church which is an exciting and fast-growing multi-site church! Since launching in 2013, Bloom has been on an exhilarating ride trying to keep up with all that God is doing. In March 2013, Bloom Church had its first service with just 21 people on its launch team. Now only seven years later, Pastor Mike and his staff are so humbled to see God move in such a miraculous way, with over 1,800 people calling Bloom Church home in a town of 11,000. The Church has seen over 4,000 people commit their lives to Jesus, hundreds of families participate in life groups across our cities, and countless lives transformed through a deeper walk with Jesus!

Michael also has the honor of being a Success Coach for the Ready, Set, Grow Network, which takes Pastors on a 3-year coaching intensive to see their church’s breakthrough growth barriers. He is also a founding member of 415 Leaders led by Pastor Scott Wilson. This ministry plants 48 churches a year and builds a fathering/mentoring network of pastors. These leaders walk beside new church planters and help them grow as pastors and leaders for their ministries. The Father Initiative’s goal is to raise up these church planters to one day father their own group of church planters!
